I am applying for this programme because I am a Civil and Environmental Engineering graduate from BIUST seeking to build my practical experience and develop professionally. My 23-week industrial attachment at Debswana exposed me to civil and structural works, quality control, site inspections, concrete repairs and project activities. I want to further strengthen my technical skills, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to meaningful engineering projects. I believe this programme is the right opportunity to bridge the gap between my academic knowledge and professional practice while preparing me for a successful career in the civil and environmental engineering field.
